Here’s someone who, through solution focused therapy, managed to see the big picture of his life. Through paragliding I saw this idea very clearly, looking down on the landscape the world appears very beautiful, clear, ordered and inspiring. Then comes the further realisation that, as Shakespeare said in one of his plays – ‘There is nothing good or bad only thinking makes it so.’ If you were looking down from your wing like this, on your life what would you see ?
